Step-by-Step
- Preheat & Setup (30s) · 60g
With Clever/Switch valve closed, pour 60g of water to preheat the dripper set, discard water, then add 10g of coffee.
- Full Hot Water Pour & 5 Stirs (15s) · 150g
Close valve, quickly pour 150g of 93°C hot water, then stir gently 5 times in circles with a spoon.
- Immersion Steep (1 min 30 sec) (90s)
With valve still closed, let steep undisturbed for 1 minute 30 seconds for even extraction.
- Second Stir & Final Extraction (15s)
Before opening switch, stir gently 5 more times with a spoon, then open valve to fully drain coffee into server.
