These terms govern your use of cocipe web service features ('Service').

1. Terms & Amendments

Terms are posted on the service screen. We may amend terms within legal bounds.

2. Service Provision

cocipe provides the following free services:

• Coffee brew timer with voice guidance
• Scientific yield calculator based on roast level and water chemistry
• Grinder grind click reference data
• Personal recipe registration, editing, and community sharing

3. User Obligations & Data Copyright

Users must not post content infringing others' copyright or reputation. Copyright of user-created recipes and comments belongs to the user. Company retains usage rights within service operations.

4. Age Restriction & Account Management

• Users under 13 may not use this service.
• Users are responsible for account security. Company is not liable for account theft.

5. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property. Infringing content may be removed per applicable law. Send notices to:

6. Limitation of Liability

• cocipe is a free utility. We are not liable for physical accidents (e.g., burns) or commercial losses from predicted values or timer data.
• Company is indemnified against service interruptions from natural disasters, device changes, or network failures.
• Company is not responsible for third-party ads (e.g., Google AdSense) content or links.
• Service is provided 'as-is' without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Service Restrictions

• Automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) is prohibited.
• Violations may result in service restriction or account suspension without notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed by Republic of Korea law. Jurisdiction follows the Civil Procedure Act.
