James Hoffmann's Clever Dripper Recipe

This Clever Dripper method uses 18g of coffee and 250g of water at 90°C. Water goes into the empty filter first to speed up the drawdown, followed by the coffee. Note that while the recipe card lists 300g at 90°C, the steps pour 250g.
