Tim Wendelboe's Linear Agitation AeroPress Recipe

This upright AeroPress method brews 14g of medium-fine coffee with 200g of water right off the boil at 100°C. Rinse the paper filter first, and stir strictly front to back rather than in circles for an even bed. If the finish turns drying, coarsen the grind slightly before reducing agitation.
