A 2-person double batch recipe using 30g of coarse coffee and 450g of water with the Hario Switch 03 at 90°C. It alternates between immersion and percolation by toggling the valve and finishes with a cooler 75°C pour to build body without bitterness. Adjust the grind size so the total drawdown finishes around 3:30.
