Tetsu Kasuya's Multi-Pour V60 Recipe

Brew 20g of extra coarse coffee with 300g of water at 96°C using a V60 02 across ten 30g pours. A 30-second bloom is followed by central pours every 15 seconds onto a nearly drained bed to build sweetness and body. Best suited for light roasts; dark roasts and acidity-forward profiles are not recommended.
