Scott Rao's Daily Pulsar Recipe

This recipe uses 25g of coffee and 425g of water at 100°C with the NextLevel Pulsar brewer. It features a 45-second pre-wet followed by two steady pours from a constant height just below splashing. Use total drawdown as a grind cue: adjust finer if under 3.5 minutes, or coarser if over 4.5 minutes.
