Lance Hedrick's Gong Fu Hario Switch Recipe

This gongfu-inspired Hario Switch 02 method uses 15g of coffee and 250g of water with fresh-water immersion stages. It starts with a cool 75°C reverse Samo bloom before switching to 90°C pours over the back of a spoon to let the coffee bed serve as the primary filter. Gently dig to break dry clumps during brews, and stir the cup at the end to blend concentration layers.
