Doha Coffee's 1·5·5 V60 Recipe
Brew 20g of coffee with 240g of total water at 92°C using a V60 02 dripper. This Japanese-tradition recipe extracts a concentrated brew through gentle center pours, stopping once 100g is in the server before diluting with 100g bypass water. Never pour down the dripper wall, and match your dripper size to the dose.
